Every Austrian GmbH requires a registered business address in Austria.
You may use either:
A physical office address, or
A virtual business address provider.

If you do not speak German sufficiently to understand the legal documents and notarial procedure, an interpreter is generally required.
If needed, we can arrange a qualified interpreter for you.

Yes.
Austrian limited liability companies (GmbHs) are subject to a minimum corporate income tax (Mindestkörperschaftsteuer), regardless of whether the company generates profits.
Any minimum corporate tax already paid can generally be credited against future corporate income tax liabilities.
If one of our ready-made companies has already paid minimum corporate tax, the corresponding amount will be added to the purchase price.
In general, the annual minimum corporate tax starts at EUR 500 per year.

Step 1 – Reservation
Send us your information and choose your preferred GmbH.
After payment of a small reservation deposit, the company is reserved for you.
Step 2 – Compliance Review (KYC)
We perform a Know-Your-Customer (KYC) and compliance review.
Once approved, you will receive:

Step 3 – Final Payment
The remaining purchase price is paid according to the agreed terms.
Step 4 – Preparation of the Transfer Agreement
A notary prepares the share transfer agreement (Abtretungsvertrag).
You may review the documents and request amendments before signing.
Step 5 – Notary Appointment
Once the purchase price has been received, the transfer agreement is signed before a notary.
Alternatively, the purchase price may be deposited into the notary's escrow account (Anderkonto).
Upon signing:
You immediately become the new shareholder and owner of the GmbH.
The newly appointed managing director becomes authorized to represent the company.
Step 6 – Registration with the Commercial Court
The changes are submitted to the Austrian Commercial Court.
